Recipe: Beef Goulash
Holy Yum! This little crock pot dish comes from Eatingwell.com (see link below for full details). I am a sucker for anything crock pot and easy. Full of flavor this dish is gluten free and be made lower carb depending on the portion of your noodles. The recipe says it makes around 8 servings but I believe I got 6 out of it. I might be a little heavy with the pour over. ;)
Macros: 23 grams of protein - 5 grams of fat - carbs will differ depending on the noodles and amount you use.
